Armin van Buuren opens UNTOLD Dubai 2025
The festival’s first night kicked off in style with an impressive line-up of performers across multiple stages. The Sugababes, one of Britain’s most iconic pop girl groups, warmed up the crowd with their nostalgic hits before Armin took over the decks at 10.45pm, transforming the venue into a pulsating sea of light and sound. His two-hour set, running till past midnight, featured his signature trance anthems and new mixes that had thousands of fans dancing till late.
Armin was followed by German DJ Tujamo and London duo ALTÉGO, who kept the momentum going into the early hours. Meanwhile, other stages around the venue hosted electronic and house music heavyweights such as Hot Since 82, Luciano, and Ilario Alicante, while the Alchemy Stage featured live acts like Dub FX feat. Woodnote and Andy C.
For those who preferred a throwback vibe, the Retro Stage offered a groove-filled journey through old-school beats, with performances from Cool Cats, Andrei M, and CDJ Cristian Daniel.
Nora Fatehi headlines tonight’s show
As the dust settles from Armin’s electric performance, Friday promises to be just as energetic with Nora Fatehi leading the evening’s entertainment. The Bollywood star, known for her dance hits and dynamic stage presence, will perform on the main stage from 7.25pm to 8.20pm.
She’ll be followed by Saudi singer Mishaal Tamer, British punk-rock sensation Yungblud, and a trio of superstar DJs – Steve Aoki, Axwell, and Eric Prydz – who are expected to take over the night with explosive sets stretching into the early morning.
Dubai’s own DJ Bliss will close the main stage with a high-energy mix from 2.10am to 3.25am. Fans can also explore the Zamna Stage, where Joris Voorn and Eric Prydz will bring their trademark sounds between 1am and 5am, while the Alchemy Stage offers live performances by Booka Shade, Agoria, and James Zabiela.
More big names to come
The festival continues through the weekend with a star-studded line-up. On Saturday, November 8, the main stage will see Martin Garrix return to Dubai alongside Swae Lee and Afrobeats star Rema, while KSHMR and Tchami are set to keep the beats rolling into dawn.
Electronic music fans can head to the Zamna Stage for a mix of underground and international names, including Andrea Oliva, Mëstiza, and Gordo, with performances running non-stop from 7pm to 5am.
